Pursuant to Resolution No. 4464 of the City of Chandler and to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Chandler Housing and Community Services Corporation and to the general public that the Chandler Housing and Community Services Corporation will hold a REGULAR MEETING open to the public on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., at Chandler City Hall 5th Floor Conference Room, 175 S. Arizona Ave., Chandler, AZ. One or more Corporation Members may be attending virtually or by telephone.

Persons with disabilities may request a reasonable modification or communication aids and services by contacting the City Clerk's Office at (480) 782-2181 (711 via AZRS). Please make requests in advance as it affords the City time to accommodate the request.

Approval of Minutes from May 3, 2024 Regular Meeting of the Chandler Housing and Community Services Corporation

Resolution NO. HC-03 of the Chandler Housing and Community Services Corporation to engage in certain actions and transactions in connection with the implementation of the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program and redevelopment of the Haven on Hamilton, including approval to form, organize, and begin operations of project entity including, but not limited to filing Articles of Organization of The Haven on Hamilton CHCS, LLC, preparing Operating Agreement, establishing other operational documents and accounts, as necessary; and designation of Neighborhood Resources representatives to act for The Haven on Hamilton CHCS,LLC

Resolution NO. HC-04 authorizing, revision to Internal Revenue Service draft application for designation of 501(c)3 status as may be determined by legal counsel and subsequent submittal of the revised application to the Internal Revenue Service; and designation of legal counsel, to be representative(s) authorized to discuss application with Internal Revenue Service.
