Pursuant to Resolution No. 4464 of the City of Chandler and to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Chandler City Council and to the general public that the Chandler City Council will hold a REGULAR MEETING open to the public on Monday, March 23, 2026, immediately following the Public Housing Authority Commission meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m., in the Chandler City Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street, Chandler, Arizona. One or more members of the Chandler City Council may attend this meeting by telephone.

Persons with disabilities may request a reasonable modification or communication aids and services by contacting the City Clerk's office at 480-782-2181 (711 via AZRS). Please make requests in advance as it affords the City time to accommodate the request.

Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 5153 Approving the Abandonment of a Temporary Drainage Easement

Proposed Motion:

Background:

Kri Mic, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, has requested that the City of Chandler abandon a Temporary Drainage Easement that runs along the west side of their property located on the south side of Cessna Drive west of Stearman Drive depicted on the attached map. As part of the development, they will provide the required retention and half-street run-off elsewhere on their property and will meet the Chandler design requirements for this development. The owner has paid the required fee for processing this request.

Staff has reviewed and approved the legal description and abandonment documents.

This ordinance was introduced and tentatively adopted on February 26, 2026.
