LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Flagstaff City Council humbly acknowledges the ancestral homelands of this area's Indigenous nations and original stewards. These lands, still inhabited by Native descendants, border mountains sacred to Indigenous peoples. We honor them, their legacies, their traditions, and their continued contributions. We celebrate their past, present, and future generations who will forever know this place as home.

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | |||||
| The budget for the City of Flagstaff is the policy document that reflects the goals and objectives of the City Council. Over the course of several months, the City Council meets to gather input on major budget issues prior to the preparation of the budget. This retreat is set to provide a financial outlook to the Council and to provide additional information and receive City Council input on budget issues. The main goal of the retreat is for the City Council to provide FY 2026-2027 budget direction to the City Manager. Attached to the staff summary is a Detailed Agenda and Presentation. |
