5:15 p.m. — City Council reconvenes in open session to consider 3. - 3.6.

Citizen Comments - Pursuant to City Council Resolution 2014-R0320, any citizen wishing to appear before a regular meeting of the City Council shall:

Notify the City Manager's office of that fact, completing the form available at the City Manager's office, or online at the following hyperlink:

http://www.ci.lubbock.tx.us/city-council/rules-for-public-comments/public-comments-sign-up-form

and submit it no later than seventy-five (75) hours prior to the start of the meeting at which the citizen wishes to appear; or

sign up to speak at the City Council meeting itself, completing the form provided at the meeting, with regard to any item posted on the City Council agenda.

Bill Curnow will appear before the City Council to discuss North and East Lubbock Community Development Corporation and future funding.

Brandon Helton will appear before the City Council to discuss item 6.22 (proposed smoking ordinance) which appeared on the October 23, 2014 agenda.

Mikel Ward will appear before the City Council to discuss agenda items 7.4, 7.5, and 7.7.

Burley Owen will appear before the City Council to discuss agenda items 7.4 and 7.5.

Deanne Clark will appear before the City Council to discuss agenda items 7.4, 7.5, and 7.7.

Sarah Berry will appear before the City Council to discuss item 6.22 (proposed smoking ordinance) which appeared on the October 23, 2014 agenda.
