					The OSHKOSH COMMON COUNCIL may observe and/or participate in the Winnebago Area Literacy Council's Spellbound for Literacy event on October 2, 2025. The event will be held from 5 - 8pm at the Oshkosh Convention Center, 2 N Main St, Oshkosh, WI.
