COMMUNITY FUNDING POLICY FOR GRANT AWARDS TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Christina Panaitescu, Community Partnership Program Manager, provided an overview of community funding and presented the subcommittee's recommendation, which focuses on non-grant awards to non-profit organizations. She shared that, pending council approval, the upcoming application cycle was scheduled to open on April 12, with the subcommittee reviewing submissions before presenting a recommendation to the council.

Council expressed gratitude and thanked Ms. Panaitescu for bringing this forward.

Councilmember Hampton highlighted the Goodyear Lakeside Music Festival. He also mentioned participating in the beam signing ceremony for the new Goodyear High School.
