CITY OF LA HABRA
List the requested records, and please be as specific as possible. City staff will make the records available in the manner prescribed by California Government Code 6253 - et. al., and 81008. If you wish to have records mailed, faxed, or emailed to you, please provide the necessary information.
No fees shall be charged for the inspection, emailing, or electronic faxing of records, however there is a charge for physical copies of records. The City Council sets fees by resolution that is periodically updated. Photocopy fees are payable to the City of La Habra at $0.50 cents per page plus actual cost for mailing of records.
(Exception: fees for bound documents, oversized maps, or reports may differ)
Total fee amount to be determined by the City Clerk Department.
