Public Hearing: Request by Rodolfo Gonzalez/Facundo Cominos to rezone from “A” (Single Family Residential) to “H” (Heavy Industry) to construct/operate a concrete plant. Being 3.735 acres out of Abst. 208, W. Wilson Survey. Located on the southwest corner of SH 3 and FM 2004.

This rezoning request came before the Zoning Commission on March 15, 2016. During the Public Hearing the members heard from the applicant and land owner about the proposed development. They then heard from Johana Deanda a property owner with 200' of the proposed site who voiced her opposition to the request. After considering all information submitted and the recommendation from the City Staff the rezoning request was denied.
