ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 16-029, approving the purchase of a 2014 Volvo BL70BT-4 Backhoe Loader (S/N 331201 with approx.699 hours), for the Utilities Department. (Public Works)
BACKGROUND
The Utilities Department is requesting approval for the purchase of (1) 2014 Volvo Backhoe Loader. This piece of equipment would be purchased from ROMCO Equipment Company through the HGACBUY Contract #EM06-15. The Total price will be $89,000.00 which is funded by the Capital Equipment Replacement Fund in the 2015-16 City Budget.
