Approve and award Bid # 2016-010 Liquid Asphalt - Transport Load.
BACKGROUND
Bids were opened Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 2pm. The low responsible bid meeting all the specifications was received from Martin Asphalt Company. A bid tabulation is attached for your review.
ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award Bid # 2016-010 Liquid Asphalt - Transport Load Annual Contract to Martin Asphalt Company, and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
