This rezoning request came before the Zoning Commission for a Public Hearing on June 7, 2016. There was no opposition from adjoining property owners. After hearing all pertinent information and discussion, the request was approved with the stipulation Mr. Karam present a comprehensive plan to the Staff and the portion to be rezoned be amended to include only the 3 acre tract of Lot 3, which will be re-platted at a later date.
