ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider Preliminary Zoning Approval for John Passalaris / Jerome Karam to rezone from General Business to Commercial Warehouse for renovation of an existing building for climate-controlled self storage.
BACKGROUND
The Zoning Commission granted approval of the request On June 7, 2016 with stipulations. The applicant has supplied a letter and proposed comprehensive plan for the Mall of the Mainland in response to the stipulations in the Zoning Commission's approval. In addition, the applicant and property owner have initiated landscape maintenance work for the Mall of the Mainland property resulting in improved aesthetics for the overall property.
