ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 16-054, approving the 2015 Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One Annual Report. (Management Services)
BACKGROUND
Each year the Lago Mar TIRZ (TIRZ #1) is required to have and approve an annual report of finances, etc within the zone. Once the board approves it, it must be submitted to the city for acceptance, then filed with the state. At the last meeting of the TIRZ they approved the annual report. Attached to the agenda item is what they received. There is no summary, however, you will notice it is a short report that answers required questions on the taxes, distribution of funds, revenues, etc.
