Bid packets were mailed to local area contractors on July 13, 2016. A bid tabulation is attached for your review.

ANALYSIS
The lowest responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Specialized Maintenance Services, Inc., in Pasadena Texas, for the unit prices bid.
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award Bid # 2016-012 Removal of Debris from Treatment Plant Annual Contract to Specialized Maintenance Services, Inc. for the unit prices bid, and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
