Consider and take action on Resolution No. 16-067,approving and awarding Bid # 2016-013 Vegetation Management Chemicals Annual Contract.(Public Works)
BACKGROUND
On August 25, 2016 and September 1,2016, a Notice to Bidders was published in the local area paper. Bid packets were mailed and the bids were opened on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.

ANALYSIS
The low responsible bidder meeting all specifications was received from Crop Production Services, Inc. in Houston, for the unit prices bid.
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award Bid # 2016-013 Vegetation Management Chemicals Annual Contract to Crop Production Services, Inc. for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
