Consider and take action on Resolution No. 16-068, approving and award Bid # 2016-324 Service Center #4 and Park's Shed. (Public Works)
BACKGROUND
On August 18, 2016 the "Notice to Bidders" was published and bid packets were mailed out to local area vendors.
The low responsible bidder meeting all specification is Frost Construction Company Inc. in Humble Texas, for the lump sum amount of $127,000.00
A letter of recommendation and bid tabulation are attached for your review.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award Bid # 2016-324 Service Center #4 Shed and Park's Shed to Frost Construction Company Inc., in the amount of $127,000.00 and that the Mayor be authorized to execute change orders not to exceed 25% of the contract amount without taking the matter before City Commission.
