ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 16-072, approving a revised contract for fiscal year 2017 between the Galveston County Health District and the City of Texas City for water pollution control and abatement services. (Public Works)
BACKGROUND
The City of Texas City is a member of the Galveston County Health District and responsible for the quality of the water within its jurisdiction and has elected to contract for water quality for water quality services with the Galveston County Health District.

ANALYSIS
The City will agree to pay Performing Party an annual fee of $33,795.45 for the services set forth in the attached agreement
