BACKGROUND
This is an annual Service Agreement for the support and maintenance of the City's Public Safety Software utilized by the Police and Fire Departments.
Funds are available in the Data Processing - Maintenance Office Equipment account.

ANALYSIS
It is my recommendation that the Mayor be authorized to execute a software maintenance agreement with Sungard Public Sector, in Lake Mary, Florida, for the total annual amount of $108,683.24 for the fiscal year 2017.
