Consider and take action on Resolution No. 16-089, suspending the increased rates of CenterPoint Energy for the Houston Coastal Division to allow the City of Texas City time to study the request and establish reasonable rates. (Management Services)

You see the attached information from our legal consultant on the matter. The impact of any rate change could be divided and impact the commercial and residential customer. All you are requesting is time to determine the impact and the amount. There is no penalty to us nor impact on the customer.
