BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to appropriate funds for engineering fees related to the Northeast Texas City Sewer Force Main, discussed in City Resolution No. 17-016.
The total estimated cost of engineering services is $698,280.00. Funds will come from certificates of obligation issued in 2015.
