Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City’s fiscal year 2016-2017 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to commission a mural artist to paint the retaining wall of Bay Street Park between 14th Avenue and Dike Road.
Funding from dike revenue not to exceed $20,000.
