BACKGROUND
The Utilities Department is requesting approval for the purchase of one (1) 2017 CAT Backhoe Loader. This piece
of equipment would be purchased from Mustang/CAT through HGACBUY Contract # 12264-2. The total price will be $89,956.99 which is funded by the 2016/17 Annual Budget.
