ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 17-033, approving and awarding the annual contract for Bid # 2017-026 Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Curb Inlet, Catch Basin, and Sealer Annual Contract. (Public Works)
BACKGROUND
On April 6, 2017 bid packets were mailed out to vendors and bids were opened on April 20, 2017. The only responsible bidder, bidding on all the items listed, was South Houston Concrete Pipe Company.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award the annual contract for Bid # 2017-026 Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Curb Inlet, Catch Basin and Sealer Annual Contract to South Houston Concrete Pipe Company, and that the Mayor is authorized to execute this contract on behalf of the City Commission.
