ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
BACKGROUND
The City of Texas City had a contract for demolition with the City of Baytown with JTB Services of Houston. That contract was for $2.00 per square foot for residential demolition. This contract has expired and we are asking for approval of a new contract the City of Baytown has for residential demolition with the successful bidder being Grant Mackay Demolition of Houston for the price of $1.68 per square foot on a house with pier and beams and $1.79 per square foot for a house on a slab.
