BACKGROUND
Proposal Packets were mailed to area vendors on April 25, 2018. A proposal tabulation is attached for your review.
The proposals were reviewed by Jennifer Price, HR Director on May 29, 2018.

ANALYSIS
The low responsible proposal meeting all specifications was received by Action Personnel, Inc., in Texas City for the hourly/billing rates proposed.
It is my recommendation and the recommendation of the HR Director to award RFP # 2018-048 Temporary Employment Services Annual Contract to Action Personnel for the hourly/billing rates proposed and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
