BACKGROUND
On May 15,2018 the Notice To Bidders was advertised in the local area paper and bid packets were mailed out. Bids were opened at 2 p.m. on May 29, 2018.

ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all City specification was received from Polydyne Inc., in Riceborro, Georgia, for the unit price bid.
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award an annual contract for Bid # 2017-051 Polymer Annual Contract to Polydyne Inc., for the unit price bid and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
