ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action Resolution No. 2018-052, approving the suspension of the TNMP July 5th effective date. (City Secretary)
BACKGROUND
TNMP is seeking a rate adjustment of 16% for all customers in Texas served by TNMP. The suspension allows us to review their request to the PUC and make comments. As you will see in the sample staff report provided by our Coalition's attorney (Model Staff Report) it details more specifics on what the rate case request for street lights and operational costs, etc.
