BACKGROUND
The bid was advertised in the Galveston County Daily News on 05/18/2018 and 05/25/2018. Bid packets were mailed to local area vendors.
Bids were opened on June 7, 2018 at 2 pm.

ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Kilgore's Clear Lake Lumber in League City. It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award the 2018-052 Building Materials Annual Contract to Kilgore's Clear Lake Lumber for the unit prices bid, and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
