ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City's fiscal year 2017-2018 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed for receipt of certificate of obligation proceeds and the appropriation of these funds for utility fund reimbursement to general fund for prior water and sewer projects and for partial funding of sewer line from northeast Texas City to the wastewater treatment plant.

Interfund payable to General Fund reduced by $8,000,000.00

Interfund receivable from Utility Fund reduced by $8,000,000.00
