ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve and award a contract for Bid # 2021-091 Recycled Crushed Concrete Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND
On 12/15/2020 and 12/22/2020 the request for bidders was published in the Galveston County Daily News. Bid packets were sent to local area vendors at that time. The bids were opened 01/12/2021 and read aloud.

ANALYSIS
The lowest responsible bidder meeting all qualifications is Southern Crushed Concrete Inc., in Houston Texas.
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award bid number 2021-091 to Southern Crushed Concrete Inc., for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
