ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve the purchase of Lift Station 23 replacement pumps.
BACKGROUND
Lift Station 23 failed in October 2020 and is currently being bypassed. ARRK Engineers has been contracted engineer and oversee the repairs. This project will be going out for bid soon, but the pumps and controls are sold by K-2 Services and they are a soles source provider. The pumps and controls also have a several month lead time and need to be purchased as soon as possible. The purchase amount for this equipment is $91,674.00.
