ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution 15-044, approving and awarding Bid# 2015-087 Gasoline and Diesel Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND
Bid packets were mailed out to area vendors. A bid tabulation is attached for your review. Bids were opened on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 2 p. m.
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Bay Oil Company, for the unit prices bid per gallon.
ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of Public Works to award Bid # 2015-087 Gasoline and Diesel Annual Contract to Bay Oil Company for the prices bid per gallon and that the Mayor is authorized to execute this contract on behalf of the City Commission
