ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Declare surplus two 1998 Crown Victoria's presently utilized by the Texas City Police Department and donate them to the City of Montgomery Police Department.
BACKGROUND
The two 1998 Crown Victoria's are being replaced by new Crown Victoria's that have just arrived from the dealer. The City of Montgomery Police Department are in need of vehicles now and can put the two surplus Crown Victoria's to good use.
ANALYSIS
It is my recommendation to declare the two 1998 Crown Victoria's surplus property and donate them to the City of Montgomery Police Department.
