ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
We need to have an ordinance to permanently rezone property for the Hwy. 66 Partners project. This was previously given approval by the Zoning Commission and City Commission. A building permit has been issued for the Costa Mariposa project that is part of this development. The properties now need to go forward for permanent rezoning.
BACKGROUND
These properties were previously given rezoning approval for Planned Unit Development by both the Zoning Commision on January 2, 2007 and the City Commission. There was no opposition to the rezoning of the property. A building permit has been issued for the Costa Mariposa project and this development is now ready for permanent rezoning.
