W.O. 12-35; 2012 Miscellaneous Storm Drain Project Repairs, will construct small scale storm drain repairs in areas throughout the City to help alleviate private property water damage from storm events. The project was advertised on May 24th, May 31st, and June 7th in the Billings Times and on the City's website. Bids were opened June 12th, 2012 and two bids were received.  CMG Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid.

 The Council may:
• Award W.O. 12-35, to CMG Construction, Inc. in the amount of $93,495.00; or
• Not award the contract to CMG Construction, Inc and reject all bids. If this project is not constructed, there will be continued storm drain problems and residential flooding in various locations in the City.
