RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council approve and award a contract for Hail Repairs at the Billings Public Library to T.W. Clark Construction, LLC for $1,574,500.00
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The Billings Public Library, located at 510 N Broadway, sustained significant hail-related damage in August 2019. This project includes the removal and replacement of the existing exterior scrim on north and south elevations and skylight on the roof.
The project was advertised on 07/09/2021 and 07/16/2021 in Yellowstone County News and on the City's website.
Bids were opened on 07/20/2021, and one (1) bid was received.
