RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council accept the donations to the Billings Public Library.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The Billings Public Library has received two grants: a $2,500 award from the Montana Arts Council, designated for Senior Art programming, and a $2,500 award from the Brooklyn Public Library, designated for teen programming. In addition, the Library has received a $2,200 donation from the Friends of the Library to fund 10 Wise Wonders family passes for checkout each month for one year beginning in January 2026, allowing the Library to further expand its popular Culture Pass initiative.

City Council may:

- Not Approve the donations
