Staff recommends that the City Council conduct a public hearing and approve the resolution setting the assessment for the Business Improvement District 1.

This staff memo proposes the BID1 assessment rates recommended by the Downtown Billings Association.

The following annual assessment resolution has been completed by the Finance Department and the assessments are ready to be placed on the tax files.
