PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
Council approved the preliminary plat for St. Vincent Healthcare Subdivision in 2011. Since then, St. Vincent has developed a portion of the subdivision. St. Vincent wishes to landscape areas within public right of way and has agreed to maintain the landscaping. A development agreement between the St. Vincents and the City is necessary to outline the necessary maintenance responsibilities. The development agreement will be with Foundational Missions, LLC who is an agent of St. Vincent Healthcare.
ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
The Council may:
- Approve the development agreement with Foundational Missions, LLC; or
- Do not approve the development agreement.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There are no significant financial impacts with the acceptance of the development agreement.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Council approve the development agreement with Foundational Missions, LLC.
