PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
Included in the Airport's FY 2015 Capital Improvement Program is the Airport Parking Lot Enhancements Project. Last summer, the Airport constructed a new employee parking lot east of the Terminal Building and moved the Airport's employees into the new lot. This in turn freed up a prime parking area directly across from the Terminal that will be utilized as a new paid public parking lot. This project will reconstruct the old employee lot for use as a paid public parking lot, and includes a new entry lane, an express credit card exit area, and a by-pass lane to the existing pay booth for those wanting to pay cash. Also included in this project are maintenance repairs for the asphalt pavement surface and restriping the parking stalls in the new lot and the short term parking lot. This project was advertised in the Billings Times on February 5, 12, and 19, and was posted on the City's Website. On Tuesday, February 24, 2015 the following bids were received:
| CONTRACTOR | BID |
| CMG Construction, Inc. | $299,899.00 |
| KRC Mountain | $369,450.50 |
| Estimate | $433,383.00 |
