APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES: The Committee will consider approval of the DECEMBER 16, 2014 minutes.  The January 20, 2015 and the February 17, 2015, and March 24, 2015 Policy Coordinating Meetings were canceled due to a lack of agenda items.
