RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council approve and award a contract for Hail Repairs at Stewart Park to Finishing Touch Exteriors, Inc. for $106,300.20.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Stewart Park, located at 26th Street West and Central Ave., sustained significant hail-related damage in August 2019. This project includes repair and replacement of roof and siding components on eleven (11) separate structures: batting cage building, concessions building, restroom building, storage building, Pritz Field buildings, and dugouts at fields 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8.
The project was advertised on 07/09/2021 and 07/16/2021 in Yellowstone County News and on the City's website.
Bids were opened on 07/20/2021, and one (1) bid was received.
