Uphold or amend the Assessor's Notice of Proposed Correction for parcel 124-13-024 (Walden).
Background:
Mr. Walden received a Notice of Proposed Correction for parcel 124-13-024 on December 7, 2012. He disputed the proposed correction on December 30, 2012. His reasons for disputing are outlined in the attached documents. He claims that in the 4 and one half months since receiving the proposed correction, the Assessor's office has refused to meet, communicate or answer questions regarding his property, thus, he has filed a Petition for Review of Proposed Correction to be heard by the BOS, acting as the County Board of Equalization.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The decision will be relayed to all parties involved, including the Treasurer, if the Board decides to amend the Notice of Proposed Correction.
