Approve a new liquor license application for a series #13 (Golden Rule Vineyards) liquor license submitted by Mr. James Graham located at 3525 N. Golden Rule Road, Cochise, AZ 85606.
Background:
Mr. James Graham has applied for a series #13 (domestic farm winery) for Golden Rule Vineyards located at 3525 N. Golden Rule Road, Cochise, AZ 85606. The Sheriff’s Office and the Planning and Zoning Department have recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division have no objections to issuing a liquor license to Mr. James Graham. The Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are current.
Mr. James Graham has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
