Approve a 0.4% increase for all Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) covered employees effective 6/23/13.
Background:
The employee portion of ASRS will increase from 11.14% to 11.54% effective 6/23/13. Per budget discussions staff recommended to the Board to approve this increase.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
All ASRS employees will receive a 0.4% pay increase.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If the increase is not approved all ASRS employees will see a decrease (barring any other changes) in their take home pay beginning with the 7/12/13 paycheck.
