(SITTING AS THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION) Uphold or amend the Assessor's decision for Personal Property account number 07002701 (Fascanella).
Background:
The Assessor claims that the owner of record failed to use the due process remedy available through the administrative appeal process and disputes the merit of this Taxpayer Claim and concludes that no qualifying error exists.
The appellant's agent argues that the property was misclassified and taxed as residential modular units. The property is inventory for commercial storage, hollow shell with no interneal improvements (kitchen, bath, etc). The error was corrected for 2011 but not for prior years.
