Approve the signature of Chairman English on HUD-2991 Certification of Consistency with the Consolidated Plan.
Background:
This form is a requirement for the submission of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator renewal grant. This is the sixth year we will be applying for a renewal of this grant which pays the Coordinator salary of $55,476/year .

If approved, the grant application will likely be in good standing.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If it is not approved, HUD may consider the grant renewal application incomplete. This may jeopordize the grant approval.
