Background:
Joe Knox is retiring from the Board of Adjustments for District 3 and a new member must be appointed. Supervisor Searle has recommended Ms. Barnard's appointment.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
After approval, send Ms. Barnard the appointment letter, Oath of Office, and an overview of the Open Meeting Law.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
There wwill only be two board members for the District 3 Board of Adjustments.
