Adopt Resolution 13-38 approving the Investment Policy of the Cochise County Treasurer in accordance with A.R.S 35-323.
Background:
Current investment policy is out dated reflecting three years maximum maturity. In accordance with A.R.S 35-323 the Treasurer shall invest and reinvest public monies to securities and deposits with a maximum maturity of five years.
