Approve a new liquor license application for a series #11 (hotel/motel) liquor license submitted by Ms. Lauren Merrett for Tombstone Monument Guest Ranch located at 895 W Monument Road, Tombstone, AZ 85638.
Background:
Ms. Lauren Merrett has applied for a series #11 (hotel/motel) for Tombstone Monument Guest Ranch located at 895 W Monument Road, Tombstone, AZ 85638. The Sheriff’s Office and the Planning and Zoning Department have recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division that they have no objections to issuing a liquor license to Ms. Merrett. The Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are NOT current. Ms. Merrett is NOT the owner of the property.
Ms. Merrett has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
